Terms of Service

TovHost is open to anyone who wants to host a game server. To use our services, you agree that:

• You are at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental awareness when making purchases.
• You will provide accurate information when registering your account
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• You will keep your login credentials private and not share account access with others

Each person is allowed one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, they may be merged or the extras suspended without notice.

Your game server is yours to use freely within the following guidelines:

• Host any game server for yourself, your friends, or a community
• Install mods, plugins, and custom game configurations
• Invite other players to manage your server as sub-users
• Run your server commercially — for example, accepting donations or operating a public community server
• Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard

You remain responsible for ensuring that everything running on your server complies with the game's own terms of service and applicable law in your region.

The following are strictly prohibited on TovHost. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

All plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Your wallet balance is automatically charged on your renewal date.

• If your wallet balance is insufficient on a renewal date, your server will be suspended after a short grace period
• You can top up your wallet at any time from the Wallet page
• Prices are shown in USD and may change with 14 days advance notice via your dashboard or email
• Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period — renewals revert to the standard rate
• Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension. See our Refund Policy for the correct process

TovHost targets 99.9% uptime for its infrastructure, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

• We notify you before any planned maintenance that could affect your server
• Our support team is available 24/7 via the ticket system
• Hardware issues are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible
• If a service outage was caused by us, you may be eligible for a credit — open a ticket to report it

We are not responsible for downtime caused by your game server software, mods, or player-specific issues — but we are always happy to help you troubleshoot.

Cancelling yourself: You can cancel any active service from your dashboard at any time. The service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Suspension by TovHost: We may suspend or terminate your service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior. In serious cases, suspension may happen without prior notice.

Your TovHost wallet is a prepaid balance used for purchasing and renewing services. Wallet funds are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

• Transfers: You may transfer wallet funds to another TovHost user. Transfers are instant, irreversible, and require Two-Step Verification (2FA). TovHost is not responsible for transfers sent to the wrong account.
• Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your wallet balance to PayPal. Withdrawals are processed manually within 1–3 business days, require 2FA, and are limited to one request per 24 hours with a minimum of $5.00. TovHost reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Referral earnings: Commissions earned via the Referral Program are frozen for 72 hours before becoming available. If the referred customer cancels their service during the freeze period, the commission is cancelled.
• Wallet balances do not accrue interest and have a maximum cap of $50,000.

TovHost offers a referral program that allows you to earn a 10% commission on purchases made by users you invite.

• You may create up to 5 referral links per week (max 20 active links)
• When a new user registers via your link and makes a purchase, you earn 10% of the actual amount paid (after any discounts)
• Commissions are frozen for 72 hours before being deposited to your wallet
• If the referred user cancels their service or receives a refund during the freeze period, the commission is automatically cancelled
• Each referred user is linked to you for 90 days. After 90 days, their purchases no longer generate commissions for you
• Maximum commission per referred user is $50.00
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any form of abuse will result in immediate termination of referral privileges and forfeiture of pending commissions

TovHost reserves the right to modify the commission rate, freeze period, or program rules at any time with advance notice.

TovHost provides built-in plugin and mod managers for supported games (Minecraft, Rust, ARK, etc.). When using these tools:

• You are responsible for ensuring any plugins, mods, or add-ons you install comply with the game's terms of service and applicable laws
• TovHost is not responsible for data loss, server crashes, or performance issues caused by third-party plugins or mods
• We recommend backing up your server before installing or updating any mods
• Installing malicious plugins or mods that affect other users or TovHost infrastructure is strictly prohibited

TovHost provides infrastructure for your game server. We are responsible for keeping that infrastructure healthy and available. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of in-game progress, player data, or world files caused by your server software
• Issues resulting from mods, plugins, or custom configurations you install
• Downtime caused by events beyond our control such as large-scale internet outages

We strongly recommend using the built-in backup feature regularly to protect your server data.
