What happens when you close your account
You may request full deletion of your TovHost account at any time by opening a support ticket.
Before submitting your request, please ensure all active servers are cancelled and any remaining wallet balance is used or a refund is requested. Account deletion is irreversible.
Once your request is processed, all personal information linked to your account — including your profile, server history, and ticket records — will be permanently removed within 30 days.
